I usually plan camp meals into three groups

[list=]Eat immediately or soon (using unfrozen pre-cooked meal or most perishable ingredients)
Eat last (using canned or dried ingredients and long-keeping ingredients)
Quick to prepare and serve after a long day driving and putting up camp (pre-cooked one dish meals) [/list]
